Takondwa Kaliwo

Takondwa Kaliwo is a program Advisor Expert with over 10 years experiences as a gender analytic, development policy analysis and GBV expert working with national and international non-profit organizations. She has expertise in Research, Gender Policy influencing, Governance, Human Rights programming, Community Mobilization and International Development project. Takondwa holds a Master of Health and Behavior Change Communication (2021) from University of Malawi, the Polytechnic and Bachelor of Arts Degree in humanities (2004 – 2007) University of Malawi, Chancellor College. Takondwa was one of the 25 women leaders and professionals for the Moremi Initiative Fellowship in 2009. She was also a Leadership for Environment and Development (LEAD) Fellow for Cohort 17 in 2012. And an Oxfam International Youth Partnerships (OIYP) Fellow in 2010.
