This is an exciting annual conference that brings together young and old feminists, human rights defenders, activists and programmers across Malawi to learn from each other and participate in plenary discussions, parallel sessions and panel discussions on building a strong feminist movement with a focus on women empowerment and promoting gender equality in various aspects of life. The pillars of the conference are;

1. Education and awareness
   We offer and engage young feminists in practical and lively discussions, workshops and lectures on feminist theory, leadership skills and emerging issues.
2. Networking
   We provide opportunities for our attendees to connect, collaborate and build supportive networks.
3. Advocacy
   We encourage participants to advocate for feminist principles in their communities and workplaces

   We welcome participants from all backgrounds, who are passionate about feminism.

Mentorship training
Mentorship training is a well-structured program that is designed to prepare young women to become mentors and/or enhance mentorship skills. We have expert mentorship trainers who execute exciting and easy-to-understand mentorship sessions for participants. The sessions focus on communication, advocacy, case reporting and management, mentorship, group dynamics well as challenging negative social norms to just mention a few.
